Shipping policy
Free Shipping Offer: CamoWraps® offers free shipping (continental USA only) on select items throughout the store. Restrictions may apply. If the total value of qualifying items in your order is $99 or more, your order will ship free. This offer is valid on in-stock products only.
Shipping Delays: Please note that due to high demand, delivery times for both USPS and FedEx shipments may experience slight delays. We recommend planning your purchases accordingly.
Processing Time and Shipping: Orders are typically processed within up to 3 full business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit time is Monday through Friday, as weekends are not considered business days. Please note that shipping times provided by CamoWraps.com, FedEx, and USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. If the customer requests removal of the signature requirement, they assume full responsibility for any loss or theft of the package. Additionally, UPS or FedEx may require a signature for deliveries, especially to businesses, due to their protocol in certain areas, and this requirement cannot be waived by CamoWraps®.
International Shipments: For international orders, CamoWraps® is not responsible for additional import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are also responsible for any shipping, customs, and tax fees incurred by their country. If a shipment is unable to be delivered due to the recipient’s unavailability or failure to pay import fees, any additional shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
In the case of product damage during transit, CamoWraps® will assist in filing a claim and replacing the damaged item; however, the customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping fees for reshipment outside of the United States.
International Shipping Methods: Please note that international shipping methods are not guaranteed, and the delivery times provided by the carriers are estimates. CamoWraps® is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country, which may extend the delivery time.
Loss/Damage Shipments: For lost or damaged shipments, CamoWraps® will follow the claim process through FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Claims require photos of both the damaged product and packaging. The claim process may take up to 45 business days to be processed. If expedited resolution is necessary, we recommend placing a new order while the claim is being processed. Once the claim is resolved, CamoWraps® will issue a credit to the original order.
Stolen Deliveries: In the event that a package is marked as delivered but is stolen, the carrier will require a valid police report to process the claim. Both CamoWraps® and the customer will need to be involved in the claim process. Please note that the claim process can take up to 45 days to be resolved or denied. In the case of a denied claim, CamoWraps® is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered but not in the customer’s possession.
